Monitoring & Rebooting

With it, your server will be included in our own custom–built server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the basic tasks. And in the event of any service trouble, our skilled server admins will be notified straight away and they will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is important – you never know when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Managed Services package, you will enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. Furthermore the backups are always placed on a server with a group of RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be secure, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite set of options, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Optional Managed Services package, which allows you to ask any of our professional technical support engineers to install and configure any kind of software package and to rectify any trouble that you are experiencing with your VPS.
