Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
The protection of any mailbox that you set up in a cloud hosting account with us is ensured by the advanced SpamAssassin email filter that we use. You can enable it via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it comes with five security levels based on the spam score given to every email message in accordance with various parameters, such as the recurrence of given words, the sender, etc. If you keep getting unsolicited bulk messages, you can always increase the level or if you are afraid that you may miss a genuine message, you can mix the automated email filter with a custom one and redirect all messages from a specific sender to a separate mailbox. In case you decide that you no longer want a spam filter for a given email account, you can disable it with just several mouse clicks.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t need to worry about spam messages cramming your mailboxes every now and then, as you can make use of the famous SpamAssassin filter that we provide with each account. Our custom Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any mailbox with several clicks of the mouse and you can choose one of the five levels of security – from very high to very low. The level can be changed at any moment if, for example, legitimate email messages get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk email messages go through and appear in your inbox. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered messages to be delivered to a special email account such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. In this way, you can examine them every now and then to ensure that you have not missed out on a legitimate message.
